The Management Board is Stonex inc.’s collegial decision-making body for management matters. Members of the Management Board devote substantially all of their professional time to management of the Group.

While the Management Board operates as a collective decision-making body under Turkish  law, each Management Board member has been assigned responsibility for a specific area of the Company's management.

Mr Zaur Abdullayev has been an independent enterprice since 2000. İnvolved with companies in mining, energy and construction. He is thr co-founder of Vatan mining, Samsun shipyard A.Ş., Turkaz Petrol and Energ and Kaizen developments.
