Job Purpose:
The Compliance Development Analyst (Data Apprentice) is an entry-level role within the global Compliance and Financial Crime (AML) function. The role supports compliance reporting, data quality, automation and compliance technology activities, applying data and analytical skills within a regulated environment.
The role assumes a working level of familiarity with data and reporting tools, gained through academic study, coursework or prior placements. Compliance and regulatory knowledge is not assumed and will be developed through training and on-the-job experience. Work is allocated in defined pieces and carried out under senior review.
Role and Responsibilities ( not limited to) -
Reporting & Analytics
- Power BI dashboards – development, maintenance and refresh of compliance reporting dashboards, including data models and DAX measures
- Management Information production – preparation of recurring MI packs and reporting outputs
- Data quality activities – data profiling, validation and reconciliation checks, and investigation of anomalies
- Reporting automation – automation of manual reporting steps and refresh processes
Automation & Process Improvement
- Power Platform solutions – development and maintenance of Power Apps, Power Automate flows and SharePoint-based tools
- Workflow development – design, build and testing of data capture, review and approval workflows
- Process mapping – documentation of current processes and identification of areas for improvement
- Efficiency initiatives – support for initiatives that reduce manual effort across the function
AI & Innovation
- Copilot adoption activities – rollout support, testing and user guidance custom Copilot agents
- AI experimentation – evaluation of new AI capabilities and documentation of outcomes
- Compliance technology initiatives – support for the delivery of new tools across the Compliance function
Compliance Operations Support
- Documentation – technical and user documentation for reports, data models and tools
- Procedure maintenance – maintenance of procedures, templates and repositories, including version control
- Governance reporting support – preparation of data and draft content for committee and governance reporting
- Ad-hoc analysis – response to data requests and one-off analytical queries from across the function

Position Purpose:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services through comprehensive testing and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your primary focus will be to identify and prevent defects, drive continuous improvement in quality practices, and ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards before reaching customers. You will play a key role in maintaining product stability, supporting automation initiatives and contributing to seamless release activities
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand functional and non-functional requirements
- Build and execute automated test scripts using Playwright (TypeScript)
- Maintain and enhance existing frameworks, ensuring scalability, reliability and high regression coverage
- Implement Cucumber (BDD) for behavior-driven testing and maintain reusable test scenarios
- Perform API testing using Postman or equivalent tools and frameworks
- Validate complex data flows using SQL/ MongoDB to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
- Leverage Generative AI tools (GitHub Copilot, OpenAI API or agentic AI assistants) to accelerate test development, framework refactoring and defect triage
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives)

Primary duties will include but not limited to:
- Facilitate collaboration across delivery teams to ensure implementation of overall standards, best practices, and continuous improvement topics, such as: unit testing, continuous delivery, code reviews, and test automation.
- Collaboratively define quality gates for projects: code coverage, security scans, performance targets, etc.
- Support other teams and team members for overall testing processes and strategy, automation, performance and load, scalability, high availability, test case/data management, disaster recovery, security, and full integration testing.
- Works closely with global QA team and assists in resolving issues they may encounter.
