Position Purpose: StoneX is looking for a high performing Head of Product, Websites to lead and elevate our global online presence. This pivotal role encompasses strategic oversight of our global sites (UK, EU, APAC, Middle East, North America, LATAM), product features, and their alignment with business demands. The Head of Websites will provide direct leadership and mentorship to a team of product managers, taking complete ownership of the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing maintenance. This is a key role within the Global Marketing team, representing the company vision through daily product execution.
While the core accountability is with managing the current and future CMS / Website product roadmap, the remit extends into other digital capabilities: delivering and scaling ecommerce capabilities, Mobile app integrations, external APIs, data integration to support personalised digital experiences, marketing services automation, and much more. Collaborating across team, the successful candidate will encourage a healthy dialogue on our current technologies and methodologies. Primary duties will include:
- Rebuilding our multi-lingual websites on a new CMS
- Regional rollout of branding changes

Product strategy and roadmap
- Work with business and technology stakeholders to define a roadmap of product initiatives and enhancements, creating a clear roadmap that meets business goals, including ecommerce/transactional capability, conversion performance and monetization outcomes
- Communicate the roadmap and work with Product Managers one the execution approach

Screening & List Governance
- Oversee sanctions, PEP, adverse media and internal watchlist analytics.
- Oversee list onboarding, maintenance, testing, retirement and quality assurance.
- Validate list completeness, integrity and implementation accuracy using evidence from relevant system and data owners.
- Manage governance for list updates and configuration changes.
